Delivery Terms

Delivery times are estimates: Dubai 1-3 hours, other Emirates 3-12 hours. Times begin after payment confirmation. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We deliver to residential addresses, hotels, and offices. You must provide accurate delivery information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur redelivery fees.

Payment

We accept bank transfer and cryptocurrency (USDT). All payments must be confirmed before delivery. Cash on delivery is not available for security reasons.

Prices are in AED. Cryptocurrency payments are calculated at the current exchange rate at the time of order.

Returns & Refunds

We offer full replacement or refund for verified defective products. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
