In these cases, you must notify us within 4 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photo or video evidence sent to our support team.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds if:

    • You change your mind after payment.

    • You’re unable to receive your order due to hotel policies (we offer multiple delivery options to help avoid this).

How Refunds Are Processed
